By accessing, subscribing to, or purchasing content from Telos Research Group ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Telos Research Group is a publisher of impersonal financial analysis under the Publisher's Exclusion of Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Our research reports, probability assessments, tracking data, and all other content are published for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an assessment of suitability for any individual reader. See our full disclaimers for details.
We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying levels of access. Subscription features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Current plan details are available on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
Individual reports may be purchased separately. Once purchased, a report remains accessible in your account permanently. Report content reflects our analysis at the time of publication and is not updated after purchase.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital research content, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments, single report purchases, or archive access purchases. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until that date. After cancellation, you revert to the free tier but retain access to any individually purchased reports.
All content published by Telos Research Group — including reports, analysis, probability models, tracking data, and website content — is proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, forward, resell, or publicly display our content without prior written permission. Single-user license only: your subscription or purchase grants access to one individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and magic link emails. Do not share your sign-in links with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that show evidence of credential sharing or unauthorized redistribution of content.
Telos Research Group, its principals, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our publications or services, including but not limited to investment losses. All investments carry risk, including total loss of principal. You acknowledge that you use our research at your own risk and that past analytical accuracy does not guarantee future results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
